This Advent, our Heyworth Christian Church will walk through ENCOUNTERING JESUS: A Journey of Five Movements for the Soul, a sermon series designed to help us slow down and truly meet the Savior who draws near. Each week we’ll explore a different movement of the soul—Anticipating His arrival, Listening for His voice, Responding in faith, Worshipping with surrendered hearts, and ultimately Living in the eternal life Jesus brings. As we walk this path together, we prepare our hearts for a deeper encounter with Christ that culminates in the joy and wonder of Christmas Eve 2025.
